All NEW ITEM orders over $199.99 USD, ship for free anywhere in the continental North America (except Canadian Territories, Alaska, Hawaii).
All new windsurf and SUP boards ship for free to an address in the continental North America (except Canadian Territories, Alaska, Hawaii).
Please do not mix new and used items in one cart. Instead create 2 separate carts, otherwise shipping cannot be calculated properly and free shipping will not kick in at $199.99.
Used Gear NEVER ships for free.
- How much will my shipping cost?
We ship regular ground via UPS, Purolator or FedEx. The minimum parcel service shipping charge is $10. Adding new items in the cart and proceeding to check out will display your exact shipping costs. Call 1-888-331-9191 for any shipping questions.
- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will normally ship within 24hrs from order reception (weekends and holidays don’t count). If for any reason your order does not ship within the mentioned normal delays, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the delay and the estimated shipping date. We ship regular ground via UPS, Purolator or FedEx. Faster services are available for an additional charge on a case by case basis. Your order’s estimated arrival depends on your distance from us.
Our shop is located in Montreal, Québec, Canada. Shipping takes 1-2 working days to reach anywhere in Québec, Ontario, 3-4 working days to reach the Western Provinces, North East and middle USA, 5 to 7 working days to the Midwest and West Coast.
- How much does expedited shipping cost?

- Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to Continental USA. We will ship to other international locations on a case-by-case basis. If you are interested in placing an international order, email us at email@example.com so we can put together a quote for you. Payment for all international orders (other than USA) must be made either by credit card or PayPal (for PayPal we will add 5% to invoice).
We do not ship used gear internationally, except to Continental North America.
- Motor freight Shipments and Claims
Motor freight companies are no longer honoring freight claims for damage reported after our customers have received and signed for their shipment. Shipments from 2 Rad Inc. MUST be inspected BEFORE signing and any damage reported at that time. Without customer inspection at reception, the freight companies assume that the damage occurred after delivery, and the carrier will decline any responsibility.
- I will be vacationing in Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, can you drop ship my order there?
2 Rad can coordinate the drop shipment of your order to your favorite holiday destination or any UPS Store location within US or Canada.
- What if I have other questions?
Unlike some online stores, we do not penalize you for contacting us directly; in fact, we even take care of long distance charges through 1-888-331-9191.
